At Trail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
